Platform role
ramxng provides listing and discovery tools for peer-to-peer RAM sales. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers in the MVP. We do not hold inventory, process payments, or guarantee goods.
Seller responsibilities
- Accurate descriptions of RAM type, capacity, speed, and condition
- Legal right to sell the items listed
- Compliance with local consumer and tax laws for your sales
Prohibited listings
- Stolen or counterfeit goods
- Misleading or fraudulent listings
- Illegal items or content
Limitation
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited for disputes arising from trades between users.
